Verifiers

Once you have scored your home using the Green Scoring Tool, the next step in the home certification process is to contact one or more of the approved verifiers to enter into an agreement on fees and a scope of services. The hired verifier will discuss inspection and documentation needs, including a completed Designer Report home application.
